Evangelist Joshua John Fitch, a decorated United States Army veteran who once suffered from PTSD, and has been a victim of brutal violence himself was given a vision from the Lord and will depart on August 15, 2018 a 200+ mile march from Roanoke, Virginia to Charlotte, North Carolina carrying his huge 8-foot 4” x 4” Cross as a demonstration of picking up his cross daily to worship the Lord (In accordance with Luke 9:23 which says, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me”) and in a silent protest where he will demonstrate how to silence the violence with faith.
Studies by the World Health Organization show that approximately one person commits suicide about every 40 seconds; one person is murdered every 60 seconds and one dies in armed conflict every 100 seconds. It is further estimated that 1.6 million people met premature and violent deaths in 2000. More than 100,000 people in America are shot in murders, assaults, suicides, and suicide attempts, accidents, or police intervention. 31,537 people died from gun violence, 11,583 people were murdered. 18,783 people committed suicide. Fitch will march in silent protest of this violence, raising awareness to the nation that Faith can overcome Violence.
Fitch plans to deliver the cross which has been hand carved with inscriptions in Hebrew, Latin and Aramaic, God’s forgotten language, to Steven Furtick, lead pastor of Elevation Church, as a thank you from the Christian community for all the work Pastor Furtick has done.
As part of the mission, Fitch will be raising funds which will be donated into two ministries which are run by females who will use the funding to bless other females who are victims of violence. Most of which were abused by men.
The march will be captured and shared on Facebook live multiple times a day, many Evangelists, Pastors, Prophets, Teachers, Apostles and special guests have been invited to share the Word of God, through testimony, teachings and experiences with the world during our broadcasts.
On behalf of Joshua John Ministries I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this, and ask that you search your heart and give accordingly. The ministry thanks you in advance for any support you can give to ensure its mission!
